SHIPPING INFORMATION AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY:
At JACKidz Inc, every effort is made to service all orders in a timely manner. However, we ask that our customers allow up to three weeks for delivery. To give our customers, the best value, most of our merchandise is drop shipped directly from our manufacturers. All orders are shipped via UPS, Fed Ex or Ground Freight depending on weight & size of the item. We reserve the right to change our shipping rates at any time due to carriers’ rate changes.
We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states unless otherwise noted in the product description and shipping table below.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipments will be charged by weight since the shipment will go partly by Air. Please contact us for detailed shipping costs when ordering.
APO/FPO/PO Shipments are not processed at this time. UPS does not ship to APO or PO addresses.
International shipments can be processed on some items after confirmation is received and a shipping code is assigned by our sales department. JACKidz Inc is not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves the United State. Postal services vary from country to country, so we cannot predict when your package will arrive. Please e-mail sales at jackidz.com or call (866)5-JACKidz / (866)552-2543 for shipping arrangements.
DUTIES, VAT AND OTHER FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery is available on some items. We ask that our customers allow 2-3 business days for delivery. Orders placed after 10AM EST will go out with the next business days shipping. Packages will arrive within two days after their ship date, excluding weekends and holidays. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Shipping Delivery Times (Times for Continental U.S. Only):
When more than one item is ordered from JACKidz Inc, please note that these items might be delivered from different locations depending on the manufacturer and possibly arrive at different times. All our manufacturers differ in shipping delivery times. Please check the products description for estimated shipping times. The following list outlines the average shipping times for some of our manufacturers within the continental U.S. Please contact us at sales at jackidz.com to inquire more information about faster delivery and international delivery exceptions.

RETURN POLICY AND ORDER CHANGES:
Return Policy: At JACKidz Inc, we value our customers and want to provide them with the best value merchandise at an excellent price. We stand behind the quality of our products and work with the best manufacturers in the industry. Because most of our merchandise is drop shipped directly from our manufacturer, we suggest that you ask any questions you might have regarding your order or item of interest prior to any purchase.
Within 30 days: In the event that that you are dissatisfied with the product purchased, you may return it for a refund. All returns must be in original packaging and include all originally packaged items. Before returns will be accepted, please write us at sales at jackidz.com for a Return Authorization code Number. No return will be accepted without this number. A full refund less all shipping & handling, and restocking fees will be issued. After your order is shipped, cancelled or refused, orders will be billed a Re-stocking fee of 30% Plus Shipping charges both ways. Free shipping promotions are waived for cancelled or refused orders.
For damaged and/ or defective products, please follow the manufacturer's return & replacement policy instructions. If the product(s) is/are damaged during freight, you should not accept it and report the damage to the freight courier for proper returns.
After 30 days: No returns will be accepted.
Order Changes: To best service our customers, JACKidz Inc will make every attempt to cancel or change an order already placed at your request. However, if you order has already been processed for shipping by our manufacturers, you will incur the same return shipping fees as stated above and a 30% restocking fee. Free shipping promotions will also be waived.

SALES TAX:
No Sales Tax! We will not charge you sales tax unless your parcel is being shipped to Pennsylvania. The base sales tax rate for Pennsylvania is 6%.

PAYMENT METHOD:
At JACKidz Inc, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card is billed when the order is received and sent to be processed. To discuss other forms of payment please contact us directly at sales at jackidz.com or by calling toll free (866)5-JACKidz / (866)552-2543. We will make every effort to accommodate your need. Sales tax is charged only on shipment made to Pennsylvania.
Gift Certificates: JACKidz Inc gift certificates may be redeemed before their expiration date without any additional fees. Gifts certificates expire one year after their purchase date. If the amount purchased does not exceed the certificate amount, the difference will remain as a credit and can be used for additional purchases prior to the one year expiration.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Please contact us directly at sales at jackidz.com or by calling toll free (866)5-JACKidz/ (866)552-2543 to ensure that the item(s) you are ordering are positively in stock. Stock changes can happen very quickly especially during the holiday seasons. Although every effort is made to ensure that our web site is up to date, an item may be out of stock before updates are made on the webpage.
If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item(s), it is our policy to go ahead and ship the in-stock items immediately. You will then be notified via e-mail about the out-of-stock item(s) and the possible shipping date. We will then ship the back-ordered items as soon as they are available.

WARRANTY POLICY:
At JACKidz Inc, our products are backed by original manufacturer's standard warranties. Each product will come packaged with all the manufacturer's warranty statements and warranty service instructions. TERMS OF SALE:
At JACKidz Inc, we work closely with our manufacturers and suppliers to provide you with the most accurate product information on our website. However, information on some products might be subject to change without notice due to constant modifications in description, images, pricing and availability. A binding contract of sale between JACKidz Inc and the customer is in effect immediately after an order is physically shipped. At this point, the order is subject to all shipping/return/exchange and other policies as outlined by JACKidz Inc. In the case where an honest mistake is made by JACKidz Inc, you will be contacted and will not be responsible for keeping the sale in place.
JACKidz Inc reserves the right to refuse to honor any sale made on its website.

Each manufacturer determines safety standards according to Federal standards.
